

Got two credit checks in two days (nice!).Īfter two hours of ordering over the phone, come to find that Next Up was automatically added to two out of five lines when I never asked for it (can't find an easy way to cancel it), and I had to spend an additional 4 hours on the phone with customer service on two different days seeking help with the following issues on my order: wrong phones added to the order, incorrect numbers ported/assigned to devices, incorrect plan selected, etc. Placed an order online that was auto canceled the next day, was told to call in and place the same order over the phone.

I have never had to expend so much effort to pay a company money for services. Switching to AT&T from Sprint has been a nightmare. Next Up is a scam, otherwise they wouldn't add it to your lines when you clearly stated "no" when asked if you wanted to purchase the plan.
